The 'Photoelectrochemistry for sustainable fuel production and chemical synthesis' group of the Institute of Advanced Materials (INAM) develops research in the use of nanotechnology for the production of carbon-free renewable energy. One of its main lines is the use of semiconductors for the production of solar fuels and value-added products through photoelectrocatalytic means. The group has a great international projection, participating in more than 8 national and international projects, including projects of excellence and technology transfer. In the last 5 years he has published more than 80 articles. Research team: Dr. E. Mas Marzá (PI, university professor), 2 university professors, 3 postdoctoral researchers and 8 predoctoral researchers.
